Kathmandu, being the historical and cultural heart of Nepal, is a popular destination for tourists, trekkers, and adventure seekers. The city presents a wonderful mixture of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, and Western influence in the valley. You will be transferred to the pilgrimage site of the Hindu temple Pashupatinath, one of the most important shrines of Shiva. Thousands of devotees and Sadhus (holy men/Baba) gather here, and you can often witness the Hindu cremation process on the holy riverbank of the Bagmati. Hundreds of monkeys are playfully active around the area. After visiting Pashupatinath, you will be transferred to the Boudhanath Stupa, a pilgrimage center and the most popular and important place for Buddhists. You can explore the site by walking around the prayer wheels and fluttering colorful flags accompanied by melodious chanting. After lunch at Boudhanath, visit another significant Buddhist site, the Swayambhunath Stupa (also known as the Monkey Temple), which covers a large area at one of the highest points of the Kathmandu Valley, offering a 360-degree panoramic view. After exploring this spot, you will be transferred to Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is the old royal palace of Kathmandu. Here, you can see many temples, traditional Nepali architecture, and one of the main attractions—Kumari, the Living Goddess.

Pokhara Valley is situated at an altitude of 827 meters above sea level and is 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu. The region features long ranges of world-famous snow-clad peaks, emerald lakes, turbulent rivers with deep gorges, and picturesque villages. Pokhara offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, the five peaks of the Annapurna Himalayas, and more. Pokhara's numerous lakes, known as "Tal" in Nepali, offer opportunities for fishing, boating, and swimming—most notably in Phewa, Begnas, and Rupa Lakes. Pokhara is also considered the center of adventure and is the starting point for many popular trekking and rafting routes. The serenity of Phewa Lake and the majestic view of Machhapuchhare (6,977 m) rising behind it creates an ambiance of peace and magic.
Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha, the apostle of peace and compassion. It is located 21 km west of Bhairahawa and 285 km southwest of Kathmandu. It is a place of pilgrimage for Buddhists and a site of reverence for peace lovers of all faiths around the world. The central attraction in Lumbini is the Sacred Garden, which includes the Maya Devi Temple, marking the birthplace of Buddha; the Ashoka Pillar, pinpointing the exact location; and the Shakya Tank, where Maya Devi, the mother of Buddha, is believed to have bathed before his birth. Around this holy site are remnants of monasteries and chaityas built over the centuries since Buddha's birth in 632 BC.
