NTB signs MoU with TikTok for promoting Nepal's tourism


The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and TikTok have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote Nepal as one of the world's premier tourism destinations. Stories highlighting Nepal's tourism attractions and activities will now be shared via TikTok.
The agreement aims to leverage TikTok's global popularity to showcase Nepal's breathtaking landscapes, cultural heritage, festivals, cuisine, and adventure experiences to millions of digital audiences through audiovisual content. In turn, TikTok will organize a digital storytelling workshop in Nepal, training local content creators in audience expansion, brand collaboration, and producing high-quality content aligned with international standards.
The promotional campaign will be rolled out in phases throughout the remaining months of 2025.
