Day 01: Arrivals in Kathmandu 1360m, transfer to hotel (BB).
Day 02: Final preparation and official briefing day (BB).
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar 5-6 hours and continues drive to Koto (2610 m), 4-5 hours, overnight Lodge (B/L/D).
Trek start
Day 04: Trek from Koto to Dharamsala 3200m/Meta (3560 m), 5-6 hours, overnight Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 05: Trek from Dharamsala/Meta to Kyang (3820 m), 4/5 hours, overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 06: Trek from Kyang to Fu village (4080 m), 4/5 hours, overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Day 07: Trek Fu village to Himlung Base camp (4920 m), 4-6 hours, overnight at camping (B/L/D).
Day 08-20: Himlung 7126 m Expedition: Climbing Period for Himlung Himal Summit (7,126 m), Camp 1 5450 m, Camp 2 6000m and Camp 3 6350 m, overnight at Camping (B/L/D)
- Rest in Base camp, overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Base camp to Camp 1 (5450m), overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Camp 1- the guide fix the rope up to camp 2 (6000m) and Camp 3 (6350m), overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Camp 1 to touch the Camp 2 and return to Camp 1, overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Camp 1 to Base camp, overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Rest day in Base camp, overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Rest day in Base camp/ final preparation/ weather and all fitness/ save energy, overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Base camp to Camp 1, overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Camp 1 to Camp 2, overnight at camp (B/L/D).

Day 23: Drive from Koto to Besisahar continues to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel (BB).
Day 24: Leisure day in Kathmandu, overnight hotel (BB).
Day 25: End of Trip, departure to airport or next trip (B).

Full Board Service Cost Include:
- All arrival and departure transfers with Asian Hiking Team Assistance.

Details Itinerary:
Day 01: Kathmandu 1340m: Arrivals in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel (BB).
Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfer to Hotel, join group briefing.
Day 02: Kathmandu: Final preparation and official briefing day (BB).
Official works for expedition and briefing by officer of Ministry of Tourism, check equipment, final preparation, overnight Hotel.
Day 03: Koto 2570m: Drive from Kathmandu to BesiSahar 5-6 hours and continues to Koto (2610 m), 4–5 hours, overnight Lodge (B/L/D).
Early morning pick up from your hotel drive to Prithivi highway to Dumre and then follow the narrow and paved road by the Marshyangdi River to Besisahar, the district headquarters of Lamjung district, 5 hours, continues driving to Koto, there are construction roads so they drive is slow. We crossed the server at Marshyangdi Khola. Crossing the Hydro power follows the Marshyangdi River. Crossing the beautiful villages of Bulbule, Shangye, Chamche, Tal, 4-6 hours, stay overnight at Lodge.
Trek start
Day 04: Dharmasala/Meta 3560M: Trek from Koto to Dharamsala/Meta (3200 m), 5–6 hours, overnight Lodge (B/L/D).
You cross the river leading to the Nar Phu valley and hike up through beautiful woods above the Fu Khola. The route takes you through some beautiful woods and past several small caves, and pilgrims; Dharmasala. After you emerge out of a narrow canyon, the trail actually passes under a wide waterfall just before Dharmasala, from where the woods become thinner and the vistas wider, 5-6 hours, continues walk another hour to reach Meta, stay overnight in lodge/guest house.
Day 05: Kyang 3820M: Trek from Dharamsala/Meta to Kyang (3820 m), 4/5 hours, overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
A steep climb up the valley along a small, scenic river brings you finally to high pastures on a 3,200 m plateau. You pass by scenic kharka of Meta, 3560m, a non-permanent winter settlement of Nar, where you are likely to share the trail with a few yaks! This morning is one of the loveliest walks in the Himalayas. Stay overnight in Lodge/guest house.
Day 06: Fu village, 4080M: Trek from Kyang to Fu village (4080 m), 4/5 hours, overnight at Lodge (B/L/D).
Dropping steeply down to the river, you trek for a while along the river bank and past the “submarine” rock, passing some small possible campsites along the way. You start to see some of the unique, colorful chortens for which Nar and Phu are famous. You have to walk carefully across a small glacial stream before reaching a larger one with a bridge only half covered with large slabs of slate. Another hour and a half of trekking through scenic canyon and gorges, you reach the Phu gate. This ancient gate provides you with your first view of the three villages of Fu, as well as an old “dzong” and the remains of the two forts, all now in ruins, but impressively situated atop the flat lands before Fu (Phu), stay at overnight in Lodge.
Day 07: Himlung base camp 4920m: Trek Fu-Gaon to Himlung Base camp (4920 m), 4–6 hours, overnight at camping (B/L/D).
After breakfast, we start our trekking heading to Himlung base camp, it takes 4-6 hours, narrow trekking path with moving rock, overnight in camp.
Day 08-20: Himlung 7126 m Expedition: Climbing Period for Himlung Himal Summit (7,126 m), Camp 1 5450 m, Camp 2 6000m and Camp 3 6350 m, overnight at Camping (B/L/D)
- Rest in Base camp, overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Base camp to Camp 1 (5450m), overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Camp 1- the guide fixes the rope up to camp 2 (6000m) and Camp 3 (6350m), overnight at camp (B/L/D).
- Camp 1 to touch the Camp 2 and return to Camp 1, overnight at camp (B/L/D).

Day 23: Kathmandu: Drive from Koto to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel (BB).
Return as same way as before.
Day 24: Kathmandu: Leisure day in Kathmandu, overnight hotel (BB).
